Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and ensure correct execution of merchandise inspections in distribution centers (Cedis) and warehouses
• Program, assign, track, and validate inspectors and results
• Manage inspector schedules and shifts to meet client and SGS objectives
• Monitor inspector performance and conduct audits
• Request laboratory sample collection when applicable
• Validate and electronically process rejections for providers and clients
• Monitor containers and report various scenarios to management
• Generate daily programming bases and progress reports

Requirements

• Degree or incomplete Engineering/Licenciatura (desirable)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in operations supervision, inspection, quality, logistics, or distribution centers
• Experience coordinating operational personnel
