Responsibilities

• Offer productive training, development & guidance to work crews
• Assist with completion of driver inductions and ensure they are conducted effectively
• Maintain valid permits and licenses and ensure total adherence to site and road regulations
• Ensure team member accountabilities and responsibilities are understood and expectations are met
• Lead a team to ensure effective delivery of product supply and haulage services

Requirements

• S26 certification (Mandatory)
• Broad knowledge of Mining Logistics, trucking, bulk haulage and/or ports sector
• In-depth knowledge of mobile fleets and associated equipment
• Experience leading and developing employees in ports, logistics, or heavy industry
• Supervisory experience in logistics, transport, or mining services
• Prior exposure to safety culture
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a demanding environment
