Operations Supervisor ProTect

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and provide feedback to the security team to ensure compliance with established processes and safety protocols.
• Manage personnel strength and plan staffing needs for upcoming shifts.
• Respond to and manage campus emergencies and incidents in coordination with relevant departments.
• Train, develop, and mentor security officers to ensure optimal performance and alignment with institutional values.
• Ensure security personnel have the necessary equipment, tools, and materials to perform their duties effectively.
• Participate in institutional training sessions and emergency drills.
• Promote a culture of safety within the campus community through professional conduct and adherence to security regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intramural or patrimonial security supervision.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the educational, corporate, or hotel sectors.
