Operations Supervisor ProTect

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and provide feedback to the security team to ensure compliance with established processes and safety protocols.
• Manage personnel strength and plan requirements for upcoming shifts.
• Respond to campus emergencies and incidents in a timely and appropriate manner alongside relevant departments.
• Train, develop, and mentor security officers to ensure optimal performance and alignment with institutional values.
• Ensure security personnel have the necessary equipment, tools, and materials to perform their duties effectively.
• Participate in institutional training sessions and emergency drills.
• Promote a culture of safety within the community through conduct aligned with institutional values and security regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in intramural or patrimonial security supervision.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the educational, corporate, or hotel sectors.
• Degree in Criminology, Engineering, or Law.
