Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Communicate and clarify job tasks to team members
• Conduct assessments of work in progress to detect and rectify deficiencies
• Perform final reviews to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and compliance standards
• Inspect shuttle vans to uphold cleanliness standards
• Perform daily inspections of work areas to identify and address safety hazards
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and supplies to optimize resource utilization
• Manage personnel activities including timekeeping, payroll, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in interpreting and administering Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks in various environments
• Availability to work full-time, weekends, nights, or on-call as needed
