Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for the day shift at the Quality and Logistics Center
• Manage unionized employees in accordance with the collective agreement
• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators including quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
• Prevent health, safety, and quality incidents through floor audits, inspections, and investigations
• Manage employee productivity, work schedules, vacation planning, and overtime requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and organizational projects
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and communicate results to employees

Requirements

• Knowledge of the aerospace industry or a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of quality criteria and inspection processes
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
• DEC diploma with 3 to 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience
• Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills

• Knowledge of SAP
