Operations Supervisor POS/SALYS

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute integral operations for POS service areas to maintain work standards and improve productivity.
• Maintain a supervision and audit schedule for various store locations.
• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the Operations Directorate.
• Oversee the SALYS program and ensure proper implementation.
• Guarantee high-quality customer service standards across all service areas.
• Provide general training to store personnel.
• Monitor and follow up on external provider services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences (Titulado).
• 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
• 3 years of experience in food safety regulations and food handling norms.
• 3 years of experience in quality management and control.
• 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing POS systems and various digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
• Strategic vision and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget administration and performance indicator management.
