Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and manage warehouse operations across various shifts
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments and warehouse personnel
• Manage and supervise a fleet of warehouse robots, including recovery operations
• Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and provide coaching and performance reviews
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and clean warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and document robot maintenance issues

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, automated, or e-commerce environments
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and WMS systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and over 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work at elevated heights and in variable temperature/noise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience approving payroll time
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean tools, and process improvement
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
