Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and warehouse operations across various shifts
• Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules
• Supervise warehouse personnel and manage inbound/outbound shipments
• Manage and supervise a fleet of warehouse robots and document maintenance issues
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and provide coaching and performance reviews
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and clean warehouse operations
• Partner with management to balance labor and improve operational initiatives

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, automated, or e-commerce environments
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and WMS systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and work at elevated heights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience approving payroll time
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean tools, and process improvement
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
