Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight intake of long-haul transfers and cross-hub shipments
• Prepare, stage, and load delivery vehicles ensuring alignment with manifests and BioTrack
• Operate lift gates, forklifts, and pallet jacks to organize warehouse product
• Coordinate dispatch paperwork including manifests, AP summaries, and invoices
• Support real-time driver communications regarding delivery questions and payment coordination
• Track reschedules, rejected products, and reverse logistics
• Provide leadership and task delegation to overnight dispatch associates and drivers
• Audit internal trackers with order status and product movement

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Associate degree or 2 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
• Monday - Friday on-site availability with occasional weekends
• Clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years in dispatch or distribution
• Familiarity with routing-based software platforms
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, ERP, and CRM software
• Cannabis industry experience
