Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the food-based Fulfillment Center (FC)
• Meet site environmental, health, quality, and safety performance metrics (OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, FDA)
• Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs
• Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Optimize resource allocation including manpower and equipment
• Lead and mentor front-line operations staff through coaching and support
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR and Learning teams

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience in production, inventory management, receiving, prep, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
