Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead transformational logistics projects and manage operational costs to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure daily and hourly execution of logistics processes, maintaining high quality and strict safety standards.
• Monitor performance indicators, including productivity, quality, and inventory, and implement action plans to correct deviations.
• Command and engage a team of approximately 150 collaborators, focusing on talent retention and reducing absenteeism.
• Develop management routines and promote an inclusive, diverse, and high-performance organizational culture.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (completed).
• Experience in logistics operations.
• Experience in management or leadership positions.
• Knowledge of data, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies.
• Availability to work 100% onsite in Nova Santa Rita - RS, Brazil.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
