Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
• Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and monitor workflows for adherence to standard operating procedures
• Assign daily work, manage schedules, and support employee performance and development
• Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies, including leading safety talks and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership
• Oversee replenishment and support compliance for controlled substances
• Track performance metrics, approve timecards, and communicate daily shift updates

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong operational knowledge with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
• Effective leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and drive results in a high-pressure setting
