Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ground Operations Crews, including recruitment, hiring, and staffing forecasts
• Monitor daily operations to ensure strict efficiency and safety standards
• Track and order inventory and consumables to ensure adequate supply
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to staff
• Manage staff rosters, annual leave, and sick days
• Own the site P&L and profitability metrics for the Tulsa base
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication and escalate operational issues
• Implement operational changes and process improvements
• Oversee staff onboarding, training, and assessments
• Supervise and chaperone visitors to ensure compliance with site protocols
• Process bi-weekly payroll

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or project management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or able to relocate quickly
