Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform day-of-show duties in coordination with the General Manager
• Manage guest relations by resolving inquiries, complaints, and concerns regarding security or customer service
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate management updates to staff
• Oversee opening, running, and closing duties according to company policy
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain security of Back of House areas
• Complete incident reports, ejection logs, and collect witness statements
• Independently run shows from start to finish, including artist hospitality, talent merchandise coordination, and settlement

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations and guest relations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn negative situations into positive ones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a live music environment
• Previous experience in live event operations
• College diploma in a related field
