Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations, including opening, running, and closing duties
• Work with the Operations Manager to implement process improvements and operational strategies
• Conduct regular inspections of venue spaces to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for events
• Manage venue changeovers and oversee preventive maintenance projects such as painting and cleaning
• Monitor and resolve operational challenges and guest issues in real time
• Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability and excellence
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and guest service standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Working knowledge of high-volume venue operations and guest relations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, loud, and stressful environment
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational demands
• Strong communication skills to facilitate coordination between staff, guests, and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a live music environment
• College diploma in a related field
