Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-venue operations staff and support the Operations Manager during live shows and special events
• Respond to elevated staff and guest inquiries regarding amenities, VIP programs, and seat upgrades
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to company policy
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate management updates to team members
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain security of Back of House areas
• Complete incident reports, collect witness statements, and assist with ejection logs
• Maintain atmosphere control by circulating through the venue and reporting issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub environment
• Working knowledge of high-volume operations and responsible alcohol service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience handling administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, and sales reports
• Ability to train and develop employees in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a live music or concert venue environment
• Background in security operations
• College diploma in a related field
• Interest in long-term career growth within venue operations
