Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager and venue leadership in day-to-day facility oversight and maintenance
• Oversee operations crew members for the setup and teardown of venue equipment, including tables and chairs
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to company policy
• Coordinate with security, guest services, and cleaning teams to ensure high service standards and facility cleanliness
• Assist in facility maintenance, repairs, and equipment tracking
• Lead pre-shift meetings and relay management information directly to staff
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with training and company policies
• Resolve guest issues and assist with incident reports and ejection logs

Requirements

• Working knowledge of event operations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong guest and staff relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations positively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a live music or entertainment environment
• College diploma in a related field
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
