Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple units within CAR-T process operations including component preparation and manufacturing support
• Direct daily start-of-shift and wrap-up production meetings
• Assign daily production tasks to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements
• Provide guidance to operations personnel on the production floor
• Support manufacturing investigations and create/revise operational procedures and batch records
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to address production issues
• Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within cell therapy Technical Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of operations experience in a cGMP biotech/biopharma environment
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for cell-based products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work day shifts (1st or 2nd) and accommodate unplanned overtime or weekends
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving skills
