Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities on the assigned night shift (6:30pm - 7am) to meet production goals, material changes, and schedules
• Provide direction and servant leadership to a team of operators, fostering a culture of accountability and execution
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production and adherence to quality control standards
• Maintain a "safety first" attitude, managing both personnel safety and food safety protocols
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 5S, RCA, and LEAN to optimize processes and reduce costs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Substantial proven leadership and supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes
• Ability to work evening/night shift hours
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests in a fast-paced setting
