Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and warehouse checks
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes
• Generate daily route plans and coordinate driver bookings with relevant business partners
• Supervise warehouse traffic, vehicle movements, and driver check-in/out procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs through daily reporting and data entry
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding new hires
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Evaluate employee performance and workplace conduct

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and staff supervision
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance enforcement and warehouse protocols
• Proficiency in inventory management and shipping/receiving oversight
• Ability to perform route planning and logistics coordination
• Strong administrative skills for reporting, data entry, and timesheet management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with shift-based schedules
