Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and warehouse checks
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes
• Generate daily route plans and coordinate driver bookings and check-in/out procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs through daily reporting and data entry
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding new hires
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Evaluate employee performance and workplace conduct

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and staff supervision
• Strong background in inventory management, shipping, and receiving oversight
• Proficiency in route planning and logistics coordination
• Ability to enforce safety compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
• Strong administrative skills for performance reporting and data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules
