Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes
• Supervise warehouse traffic, vehicle movements, and general housekeeping
• Generate daily route plans and coordinate driver bookings with business partners
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs through daily reporting
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure SOP compliance
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for drivers and warehouse staff
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and staff supervision
• Proven ability to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory in a warehouse setting
• Strong commitment to enforcing safety compliance and workplace protocols
• Proficiency in daily reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based warehouse environment
