Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment through regular audits.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes.
• Manage driver bookings, route planning, and the package dispatching process.
• Conduct quality checks on return pickups and manage the return-to-client process.
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding new hires.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in data entry and generating detailed operational reports.
• Ability to enforce safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage logistics, route planning, and driver coordination.
