Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and warehouse checks
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes
• Generate daily route plans and coordinate driver bookings with relevant business partners
• Supervise warehouse traffic, vehicle movements, and driver check-in/out procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs through daily reporting and data entry
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding new hires
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Ability to manage route planning and logistics optimization
• Proven ability to enforce safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules
