Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment through regular audits and checks.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes.
• Manage warehouse traffic, vehicle movements, and driver check-in/out procedures.
• Generate daily route plans and coordinate with the optimization team.
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports to management and clients.
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding new hires.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership and coaching within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong expertise in safety and compliance enforcement.
• Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management oversight.
• Ability to perform data entry, route planning, and detailed reporting.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.
