Operations Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient waste management services
• Optimize fleet routing and manage daily schedules to ensure all service stops are met
• Lead and mentor the team by scouting, hiring, and training new employees
• Drive a strong safety culture to ensure all team members operate safely and follow regulations
• Use technology and data to track productivity and operational efficiency
• Act as the primary expert on CDL regulations to ensure fleet compliance
• Solve real-time operational problems, such as vehicle breakdowns or route obstructions

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of CDL regulations
• Proficiency with computers and operational technology
• Proven skills in route optimization and logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle early morning shifts
