Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead production, safety, quality, and cost objectives for the assigned night shift
• Coach and mentor employees to resolve mechanical issues and improve capabilities
• Enforce GMPs, SOPs, and food safety/SQF standards while administering corrective action
• Manage employee scheduling and labor planning to meet budgeted targets
• Ensure compliance with dairy processing regulations and maintain sanitary work areas
• Foster positive employee relations and effective communication across shifts

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production leadership experience in a food/beverage environment
• Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, and food safety regulations
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop hourly employees
• English language proficiency and strong written and verbal communication
• Mathematical skills and ability to interpret company documents and UPC codes
• Physical ability to stand for full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE
• Availability to work D shift (5:00pm–5:00am) and additional hours as needed
