Operations Supervisor H&N

Responsibilities

• Support and follow up on the implementation of improvement plans related to commercial logistics quality and consumer service
• Conduct monthly follow-ups on action plans from Quality area audits
• Update the audit management portal
• Train logistics operators and distributors on Quality policy updates
• Support and follow up on quality-related improvement plans
• Update and monitor monthly indicators for COL & ECU container management in collaboration with the Logistics team
• Ensure organized and controlled planning of required field activities

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Quality Control, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields
• Certified Internal Auditor in Quality, BPM, or ISO 19111
• 1 year of experience in audits, corrective plan management, product sample verification, and report writing
• 1 year of experience in audits focused on logistics processes and merchandise quality
• Experience in personnel management
• English level B1
