Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff
• Responsible for day-to-day duty management and running the leisure centre to the highest standard
• Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre
• Act as a proactive member of the leisure centre team
• Organise events and activities and help customers

Requirements

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
• Experience in Duty Management or a similar role
• Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
• Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision-making confidence
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Welsh language skills are desirable
