Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy
• Lead and coordinate departmental processes in accordance with business KPIs
• Manage and coach team members, including performance management, training, and disciplinary actions
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in daily planning processes
• Analyze large data sets to drive informed decisions and execute action plans
• Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, timecard approvals, and vacation scheduling

Requirements

• Experience managing teams of 30 or more employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Previous experience as an Epic Area Lead
