Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes and cycles to ensure efficiency.
• Manage human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Guarantee that all local and long-distance shipments are correctly routed, classified, and dispatched.
• Ensure all deliveries reach their destinations on time to meet established service level agreements with clients.
• Oversee warehouse operations and vehicle utilization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational supervision.
• Proven experience in personnel administration and managing operational staff.
• Expertise in warehouse management and route design.
• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
