Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes and cycles to ensure local and foreign shipments are correctly routed, classified, and delivered.
• Manage and direct operational personnel, including overseeing weighing, classification, routing, and labeling of shipments.
• Administer human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and service guarantees.
• Coordinate training and professional development for the operational team.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations.
• Determine and communicate pre-alerts regarding incoming cargo volumes to various locations.
• Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control area.
• Implement and manage contingency plans as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.
