Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources.
• Ensure all local and long-distance shipments are correctly routed, classified, and labeled to meet service guarantees.
• Oversee operational staff to ensure tasks such as weighing, classifying, and routing are performed accurately.
• Manage and develop the training and professional growth of the operational team.
• Monitor equipment and tools to ensure availability for daily operations.
• Coordinate pre-alerts regarding incoming cargo volumes to various locations.
• Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control area.
• Implement contingency plans as required to maintain operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in KPI management.
