Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes and cycles to ensure local and foreign shipments are correctly routed, classified, and delivered.
• Manage and direct operational personnel, including overseeing weighing, classification, routing, and labeling of shipments.
• Administer human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and service guarantees.
• Coordinate training and professional development for the assigned operational team.
• Manage equipment and tools necessary for daily operations.
• Determine and communicate pre-alerts regarding incoming cargo volumes to various locations.
• Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control area.
• Implement and execute contingency plans as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in KPI management.
