Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes and cycles to ensure local and foreign shipments are correctly routed, classified, and delivered.
• Manage and direct operational personnel, including overseeing weighing, classification, routing, and labeling of shipments.
• Administer human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development.
• Monitor equipment and tools to ensure availability for daily operations.
• Manage pre-alerts to inform various locations of incoming cargo volumes.
• Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control area.
• Implement contingency plans as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in KPI management.
