About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation of assistants and operators to ensure timely cargo delivery to internal clients, including plazas, operating centers, and air stations.
- Manage route logistics, internal, and cross-border transits using route matrices to optimize distances, schedules, and operational costs.
- Monitor and control operating center KPIs to improve service quality and guarantee compliance with established objectives.
- Coordinate operator reimbursements and minor purchases through SAP to ensure adequate cash funds for the plaza.
- Develop contingency plans through logistics network analysis to minimize operational impacts at the exchange center.
- Oversee personnel staffing levels by analyzing route utilization, times, and work orders to ensure operational continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong experience in KPI management.
