Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, inventory integrity, and on-time fulfillment
• Coach and develop hourly associates through regular feedback, training, and performance conversations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, receiving, quality, and rework
• Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier schedules to meet customer delivery expectations
• Monitor KPIs and communicate performance results to leadership
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce security and facility standards
• Utilize WMS to optimize labor, workflows, and operational outcomes
• Support and participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and audits
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and carrier coordination
• Strong people-leadership skills with a focus on coaching, accountability, and relationship-building
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems such as WMS or ERP
