Operations Supervisor - Distribution

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching and guidance.
• Foster a strong team culture centered on inclusion, belonging, and open communication.
• Uphold strict compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
• Implement processes to optimize warehouse operations and drive overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in an operations leadership, supervisor, or management role.
• 1+ years of experience within the logistics industry.
• Proven staff management and workload planning skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set clear objectives.
