Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule day-to-day driver runs and operations
• Consult with line management to develop and manage operational targets
• Enforce and monitor all NHVR regulations
• Develop, mentor, and lead a collaborative and engaged team
• Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor maintenance tasks are completed on equipment
• Investigate and resolve service issues to maintain high levels of customer service
• Drive operational efficiencies through continual review of collection runs
• Manage and prepare detailed reports regarding labor efficiencies and cost management
• Lead performance management investigations and outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams
• A passion for safety and sustainability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
