Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to reinforce digital tools for key business audiences and clients.
• Collaborate with commercial advisors to implement market initiatives.
• Supervise safety guidelines and high-risk work activities (Multi-permits, POS, ART, AST) within the business unit or plant.
• Assign and supervise technical personnel activities regarding packaging, bulk, and multi-product production plans.
• Validate and record the physical entry of all products, raw materials, and tools into the system.
• Oversee railway processes, including track status, unit mechanical conditions, and loading/unloading movements.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment with internal staff or external providers.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cement and multi-product inflows and outflows.
• Conduct physical inventories and manage administrative processes such as inventory adjustments and quality transfers.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Experience in e-commerce and the commercial sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
