Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety guidelines and high-risk work protocols (ART, AST, POS) within the business unit or plant.
• Assign and oversee technical personnel activities regarding packaging, bulk products, and production plans.
• Validate physical entry and system registration for all incoming products, raw materials, and tools.
• Supervise railway processes, including track status, unit mechanical conditions, and loading/unloading operations.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment with internal staff or external providers.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cement and multi-product inflows and outflows.
• Conduct physical inventories and manage administrative processes such as inventory adjustments and product transformations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service and the commercial sector.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms or digital tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
