Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Houston Premium Outlets store, setting high standards and inspiring the team to achieve excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, modeling Burberry behaviors and coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain a luxury environment by ensuring strict execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Drive store performance and productivity through commercial execution and effective inventory management.
• Lead talent development through recruitment, staff training, and effective succession planning.
• Nurture long-term customer relationships and embed customer-focused behaviors across the team.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all corporate standards, including Health and Safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management appropriate to the scale and complexity of a luxury environment.
• Previous experience working with a luxury brand or in a high-end luxury service and selling environment.
• A strong passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury ethos.
• Fluency in English.
• Digital awareness with the ability to navigate social media and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer experience.
• Knowledge of local retail and employment legislation.
• Flexibility to work according to store needs.
