Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and role modeling Burberry behaviors
• Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the store team to deliver an excellent luxury customer experience
• Maintain a luxury environment by ensuring the execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance customer engagement and the overall shopping experience
• Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team through recruitment, staff development, and succession planning
• Nurture long-term customer relationships and embed customer-focused behaviors across the team
• Drive store performance and productivity through commercial execution and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

• Experience working within a luxury brand or a luxury service and selling environment
• Proven retail management experience appropriate to the role's complexity
• A strong passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury ethos
• Digital awareness with the ability to navigate social media and e-commerce platforms comfortably
• Knowledge of local employment and retail legislation
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the evolving needs of the store
