Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee production floor operations to ensure all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met cost-effectively.
• Prioritize client mailings to ensure compliance with SEC and contractual requirements.
• Monitor production lines to maximize machine throughput and optimize labor costs.
• Coordinate resources across departments to maintain high quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Manage labor requirements by scheduling staff and utilizing outside temp agencies as volume dictates.
• Ensure all operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO training.
• Facilitate cross-training of associates to reduce labor costs and improve equipment versatility.
• Manage part inventory by setting min/max limits and coordinating with vendors.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Manage shift handovers through verbal communication and daily email turnovers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work on-site during night shifts (Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM).
