Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse operations area, including product scheduling, machine operation, and maintenance
• Promote a customer-focused culture centered on processing accuracy and quality
• Support and assist the team with daily operational tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery
• Champion safety standards and drive continuous improvement in safety initiatives
• Mentor and grow team members to support their continued professional development

Requirements

• Proven experience working within an operations, warehousing, or logistics environment
• A current and valid forklift licence
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into clear actions and outcomes
