Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure on-time and safe deliveries to customers
• Support and assist team members on the floor with daily operations and deliverables
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and mitigate operational risks
• Champion safety standards and drive continuous improvement in safety protocols
• Mentor and grow the team to support professional development and consistent performance

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
• Experience working within an operations, warehousing, or logistics environment
• Current LF class High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) or willingness to obtain one
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear actions for the team
