Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operations activities in Colombia, including supply, packaging, dispatch, Retail, MAV, and CDRs.
• Ensure compliance with BPM, BPX, quality policies, physical security, and environmental policies.
• Monitor operational performance to meet established service agreements, costs, and timelines.
• Lead and manage assigned personnel, providing feedback and developing team potential.
• Analyze, track, and control departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement action plans to optimize resources and contribute to budget and cost reduction goals.
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and external regulations such as BASC, OEA, INVIMA, and ICONTEC.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven personnel management and leadership skills.
