Operations Supervisor (Authentication)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, quality control, and supervision of the Authentication team
• Execute and track operational goals, including troubleshooting performance issues related to Cost Per Order (CPO)
• Lead people management efforts, including coaching, performance management, and training to meet operational goals
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning while ensuring SLA compliance
• Work cross-functionally to drive Quality Control expectations and act as the last line of defense for order issues
• Support tracking and troubleshooting of order issues, such as misverification reports and audits

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience with a background in product authentication
• Knowledge of and passion for sneakers and apparel, including familiarity with industry trends
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak business periods
