Operations Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Supervise aircraft maintenance operations during the second shift to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Perform supervisory duties including performance management, timekeeping, hiring, and leading daily meetings
• Coordinate the completion of all planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Repair Station and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Monitor housing and facilities safety requirements and report any deficiencies
• Engage with customers regarding aircraft maintenance status and needs
• Identify and communicate best practices to champion continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage databases and reporting to ensure labor efficiency aligns with work orders

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in corporate aircraft heavy line maintenance and inspection procedures
• 2+ years of aircraft maintenance leadership experience preferred
• Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate (FAA Part 65)
• Familiarity with aircraft inspection systems, procedures, and EHS rules and regulations
• Strong organizational, planning, and coaching skills
• Proficient computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication
